How CallAgent works: (MAKING CALLS)

Everytime you log into your Talkloop account the CallAgent Toolbar will appear above. CallAgents gives you the ability to book regular phone calls anywhere in the world, with a simple click of a button. To use the CallAgent Toolbar above all you do is, enter in your phone number, your destination number, when you would like to be called, and leave the rest to CallAgent. It's that simple.

When the scheduled time arrives, the Customer will receive a call from their CallAgent. After the call is answered, CallAgent will then connect the customer to their destination and then the two lines are connected

How CallAgent Button Works: (RECEIVING CALLS)

CallAgent Button gives Talkloop.com Customers the ability to receive regular phone calls from their freinds and family anytime and from anywhere in the world. All you have to do is setup your CallAgent Button with your desired phone numbers (Home, Office or Mobile), when you like to be called and thats it.

Anytime a friend or family member wants to call you, all they have to do is go to your Personalized CallAgent Button Page on Talkloop.com, enter in their phone number and with a click of a button, both of you will be connected.

You can put this button anywhere you want. For example, your personal webpage, your email signature, your online store, or even your online profile. The possibilities are endless. If someone wants to talk to you all they have to do it click on your personalized button.
