-
Dial one of our access numbers (search your access number here)
-
Enter your PIN number. It is present in the MyAccount section.
-
Domestic calls: Enter 1+ destination number or International calls: Enter 011 +
country code + city code + destination number
Cell Phone users: Please do not push
any button after entering the destination number following our voice prompt. If
you push the call, send, flash or end button, your cell phone carrier will take
that as a new number to be dialed and it will go through their network and you
will get billed by them. TalkLoop.com is not responsible for these charges on
your cell phone bill.
There are couple of safe checks to avoid this problem:
1. Disable international dialing on your cell phone by calling your cell phone
provider. OR
2. Enable OneTouch dial feature on our service to dial one digit 1,2 etc instead
of the international number. That way, even if the call mistakenly goes out to
your cell providers network, it wont get completed. OR
3. Donot push any button after dialing the international number when your hear
our prompt to enter the destination number.

which you use this service (home, cell phone, office, etc). When making calls
from these registered numbers, dial your access number and then dial your
destination number, no PIN is necessary. However, a PIN will be supplied to you
so that if you are making calls from a non-registered phone number, you can
still receive TalkLoop's great low rates. |

|
| No. Because you access TalkLoop via a toll free access number, you do not need
to notify your phone company of your choice to use TalkLoop, nor do you have to

Prepaid long distance is advantageous for many reasons. By prepaying for your
long distance you know exactly how much money you are spending at all times.
There are no surprise charges or excessive phone bills come month-end. Most
significantly, however, is that post-pay long distance providers spend up to
1/3 of your phone bill for collections and bad-debt retrieval? With prepaid
long distance, this money goes directly towards lowering rates for your phone
calls.

| This is the payphone surcharge that is incurred if you are calling from a
payphone using the toll-free number. The FCC (Federal Communications
Commission) allows companies that operate payphones to charge a fee for their
services. And Talkloop is forced to pass on this amount to our customers. Calls
made from the following locations may incur surcharge. |

|
1. Public payphone |
|
2. Hotels |

3. College dormitory |
